Abstract

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the occurrence of technological duality – military and health – in an important segment of the technologies of combat, both in favor of military combat and upgrading the fight against epidemical diseases. Throughout the text, it is demonstrated that the two important segments of human activity can employ the basic combat technology, developed for the war, to optimize the financial resources and to offer better conditions to combat epidemical diseases, using the cycle sensoring-processing-acting (SPA) for control and eradication of spreading diseases. It is shown how must be done the cost of the plan of medical combat and it is concluded by the feasibility to carry out this fight with the technology of military combat.
