The new technique of evaluation of management system of an hospital foundation

Objective: This study sought to understand the method of implementing the management system and evaluate the commitment and involvement of employees during the process. Methods: using a technique known as focus group. Sessions were held through group interviews with senior managers, administrators, systems analysts and support of a foundation that manages the resources of an university hospital. Results: Based on the interpretation of the chosen methodology, the research results showed that key factors are essential, improve the integration of IT staff, improved feedback and organizational alignment. Conclusions: The choice of the focus group was important points that were observed or the way it should be noted that participants encourage the rest of the group during discussions.
